Rider is a service by HRDRV Inc that connects artists with open tour slots posted by organizers. These placeholder terms will be replaced with the full agreement.

Use of the service

By using Rider you agree to submit accurate information in applications and organizer requests. Campaign listings are provided by organizers, and HRDRV Inc is not a party to agreements made between artists and organizers.

By submitting, you consent to share all submission data (including email, bio, social links) with the campaign organizer and RIDER admin team for tour coordination, support, and future tour outreach.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Organizer access is granted by invitation only.

Limitation of Liability

RIDER is a platform that facilitates connections between organizers and touring artists. RIDER is not liable for any injuries, damages, disputes, breaches of contract, or other issues that arise from tours organized through the platform or from connections made between users. You assume all risk associated with participating in or organizing tours, including travel, accommodations, performances, and interactions with other users. RIDER does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the conduct, safety, or reliability of any organizer, artist, or third party on the platform.
